Complete refurbishment of 1930’s warehouse in central South Melbourne Location.

New foundations with steel frame construction to support new first floor with limed wormy chestnut flooring. Existing roof trusses relocated to suit new design and sandblasted to achieve aged look. Third floor additional floor space created with new pitched roof to match existing profile. Entire third floor clad in standing seam VM zinc. Feature spa pool created on first floor courtyard surrounded by new Galvanized steel and Iron bark framing. Kitchen with imperite joinery and insitu poured concrete island bench approx. 6 meters long. Feature copper cladding to some internal walls, steelplate staircases with solid timber treads. Polished concrete floors and sand blasted brickwork.
