Level Developments was contracted by Ainley Projects, a project management company, to oversee the construction of a 650 square meter commercial shop. Level Developments won the project by competitive tender and liaised with the interior designers, structural engineers and architect to facilitate the smooth construction of this building. This project was delivered to the client on time and to budget. Level Developments role as the builder was to organize all trades, on-site labour, materials, finishes, council permits, power authority permits, and occupation certificate. Level Developments held Commercial Defects insurance for this project.
