New house with 4 car basement, piles and shot-crete walls, light weight construction, with timber frame, posi strut floors, cladding foam/render, Sycon Matrix paneling, and ship lap timber. Implementation of Pace Development Groups building practices on site. Aspects of the construction ranged from the piling and shot-crete walls, to the timber framing, plastering, tiling, select finishes as well as ensuring all SWMS were implemented. Maintained the site to strict safety audits and engaging in the monthly project meetings.
